How do I track my order?

I only received part of my order.
Some items ship from different production partners, so your order may arrive in multiple packages. Backordered items also ship separately. If something is missing, email help@thejoyreidshow.com and we will make sure you receive the rest of your order.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it, issue store credit, or process a refund. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
